Nickel Waverly model 4063 tuners with scalloped metal buttons for a slot head guitar - be aware these are for steel string guitars that have slotted (classical style) head stocks. Although I'm sure they'll work for a solid peg head, they really aren't the appropriate choice. The box is labelled as model 4066, which currently shows up as the same tuners but with white plastic buttons. However these were purchased in the early 2000s for a Martin D-18VMS 12 fret, prior to Waverly even offering a plastic button option, so either the model numbers changed or it's possible the box was mislabeled.
 
Tuners work perfectly and are in excellent condition, with only the slightest surface scratches.  $175
